Bernice & Andrew

Bernice & Andrew

These two adorable souls got married in April at the stunning St Columba Anglican Church and then they celebrated their union at the Glasshouse in Morningside.

Bernice loved the sunrise colours and wanted her bridesmaid and flower girl to have a beautiful flower crown instead of bouquets in these sunrise colours. Textural foliage also played a big part in the day to capture a woodland wonderland feel.

For the ceremony we used large greenery arrangements on clear plinths but it was at the Glasshouse where we really created a romantic wonderland.

In their brief they described a love of the fantastical and especially Harry Potter, so it was with this theme that the Glasshouse was turned into a magical wonderland with a nod to the floating candles of the Great hall in Harry potter. We hung a large wreath made of mossy sticks, overflowing with greenery, blooms and candles which hung behind the newly weds bridal table and flirted perfectly with La Lumieres hanging bulbs.

You guys are honestly stuff dreams are made of, we still can’t get over how lucky we were to have you!

We just wanted to drop a line to say a huge thank you for all you did to make our big day so especially beautiful. The arrangements were nothing short of stunning and you made the whole process so easy. People were particularly infatuated with the flower crowns, which stayed gloriously on my bridesmaids all day/night long and we really couldn't have asked for more.

Thank you so much for all your hard work.
